With three or four Ford dealerships in the nearby vicinity of New Bern, the drive to La Grange was well worth the courtesy, friendliness, and kind treatment we encountered with you, Thomas and Cliff. What a great pair to work with!

I (we) never felt the least bit of “pressure” to purchase any vehicle, yet Thomas was a mere phone call away to answer any questions I had regarding the Ford Ranger we were looking at. Not only was the experience second-to none and pleasant, Thomas even drove to New Bern, NC so we could complete the paperwork and saved us a return trip to La Grange. You don’t find that kind of hospitality just anywhere.

Again, a big “thank you” to Thomas and Cliff for going the extra mile. It was truly good, old-fashioned service that my dad used to speak of from the hometown Ford dealership back in the early 70’s. You folks are fantastic!
